Nitric oxide packed, was an added bonus which carries its own individualized benefits. You do get 30 small dissolvable pills in the pack. Each serving calls for 1 to 4 a day, however, the 1 a day should do as the effect does last a good while, which was quite surprising. The flavor is good and minty, reminds me of those colorful, dissolvable mints they use for weddings and sweet 16's. The little tablet does dissolve and provides a cool freshness feeling, almost like if you just had a mouth cleanse after your dentist visit. The freshness does last a good 2 to 3 hours which was very surprising for the small size of the tablets. Overall, super happy with these lozenges and will definitely consider a reorder just on the results and great taste.

This company sells saliva PH test strips too, so there is an ad of sorts to check your levels first and after. These do not come with those straps. The instructions say to use 1 to 4 a day. You get 30, so four a day and you would run through these very quickly. I believe they are helping because I believe these ingredients are good for us. But I can't test it without the strips. I love that they are vegan. There is a slight sweet berry taste, but you will be overwhelmed with the cool mint blast. They were great as just breath fresheners because of that. They dissolve pretty quickly. It takes a few minutes, but I have had some slow dissolving lozenges that took around 15 minutes.

These are amazing!! They taste so good. It's nice to have an alternative to harsh mouthwash. I feel like my mouth is instantly cleaner. My husband keeps taking them so I will be ordering more asap! Great product.

I have bought these (and now received a trial) and also purchased their NO gum in the past. I can say between the two, I most definitely prefer these! They have a mild pleasant flavor. They are not too large, so it doesn't take too long for them to dissolve (although I always have to resist the urge to chew them, lol!). They kind of remind me a bit of Certs, from back in the day. I drink NO pre-workout drinks. Unlike those, these do not create a nearly immediate, short term response in your body. These are more intended to be used regularly for longer term circulatory support, heart health, and microbiome balance. I highlight this distinction as I personally had to do some research to understand the differences!
