The test strip is easy to use and it shows the result in seconds. The bottle has the color chart on it to match the result on the test strip. It is good to know what's going on with my body and fix it if there is anything unbalanced.

These are neat.. it's fun to experiment after eating certain foods to see which ones are good or not good for your oral ph!
These are interesting, my 18 yr old and I have been trying them out. So far we are both very balanced each time.
The health of your mouth can tell you a lot about your body's overall health. I ordered these so I could easily see what was going on in with my pH. The strips are easy to use and you get the results in minutes. It was a little hard to get the hang of it initially but once I knew what I was doing it was a lot easier. It is not something I would continue to order unless I thought there was an issue but I like that I have that option. At less than $1 per test strip, I consider it to be a good value. I would order these again.

These strips are pretty easy to use. There is some information on the container – especially the color guide to show you what your readings are and what they mean. Then there is also info on the strips as well so you know which side to put your saliva "saliva here". Overall, so long as you look at and read everything – pretty easy to use.
I decided to test my mouth fist thing upon waking up in the morning – before I ate or drank anything and before brushing my teeth. The PH level box developed pretty quickly. I already saw color after holding the strip together for 10 seconds. The prebiotic square took longer to develop – like a minute. Then I waited an additional two minutes for really good color to develop on that one. Just note that as that one is developing the PH one is already sort of fading. But you can read the colors independently – or like I did – relick and rehold the strip together – then I got vibrant coloring at the same time in both squares.
I think this strip test kit is good to have to check the health of your mouth. My dentist is big on this and I actually met him at a Green Health Fest where he gave a lecture about how ph levels in your mouth indicate what health issues you may have. Then he tested the audience with similar strips. There are actions you can take to get both levels where they need to be – from changing your diet to using baking soda or ginger – or talking to your doctor or dentist. I think it is god info to know.

These are very easy to use. One side is labeled for saliva and you lick it. Then fold the strip over and match the squares together. The results are quick. Within seconds the squares turn colors. Then the question is what do you do with this information? Well that is up to you. Overall these are quick, easy, and work as intended for testing your saliva.
I have been using a sonic toothbrush for a very long time. My teeth and gums are in pretty good shape. The teeth, however are not the whitest they could be. I started using a whitening mouthwash and had read that it could affect the pH in my mouth. I got these strip to see if there was nay issue I needed to be concerned with. Theses strips though simple enough to use are producing inconsistent results or in some cases, inconclusive results. I am following the instructions, (which are straightforward). The resulting panels are sometimes only partially reactive and in some cases have not reacted. I might be getting 1 reasonably good test out of 4 that can be cleanly compared against the chart on the side of the container.
The concept was good but the overall usage in reality is not consistent enough.

After receiving more stringent, detailed guidance on usage, I am getting more readable results. Some can be matched more easily while a few still are subject to interpretation.
